We conduct regular property inspections to check for leaks, proper heating and/or cooling, and potential pest infestations. Timely, on-call maintenance services are provided at rates below those of the typical plumber, electrician, landscaper or handyman by our in-house maintenance departments. Expeditious and courteous housekeeping services may be provided, including personalized handling of owner linen and terry, or the use of our linens. In 2008, with the completion of building #3 in the Resort Group Campus, we opened our own custom commercial laundry facility capable of handling all the commercial laundry needs of Resort Group companies as well as outside clients. Employing three to nine full time employees, six high capacity commercial washers, five high capacity commercial dryers, as well as two linen folding machines, this facility handles up to 3200 pounds of laundry on a daily basis during our busy winter season. This in-house service helps to streamline the housekeeping responsibilities of our own companies while providing an additional source of revenue.
